At the end of the day, we want your wedding to be the very best that it can be - which is why we're happy to provide some time-tested tips for selecting a location for your wedding.
When selecting a venue for your wedding, it's important to take into account the overall look and atmosphere you wish to achieve. Your chosen wedding style will determine which venues are most suitable for you and your partner.
What time of the year do you want to get married? Once you have an idea of a season, like fall or spring, come up with a list of potential of wedding venues in Blue Ridge, GA, like Toccoa House Properties.
One of the most important steps involved in choosing a wedding venue is to tour the space. Don't be afraid to ask pertinent questions. If the venue manager seems like they have better things to do than answer your questions, look elsewhere.
Once you narrow down your wedding venue choices, consider the amenities and services the venue offers. Be sure to weigh what they offer against your needs and budget to further narrow down your choices.
If you think your guests will hate a particular wedding venue location, why consider it in the first place? Choosing a destination - like Toccoa House Properties - that is within a short driving distance of grocery stores and restaurants is almost always better than a hard-to-access venue.
Do yourself a favor and check out the wedding venue's Google reviews and reviews on other platforms. You can also ask for opinions from people you trust, like friends and family members. Don't be afraid to reach out directly to people who have used the wedding venue previously. A wedding venue in Blue Ridge for couples in Miami, FL, should be excited to show you their online reviews. If you notice a disparaging review, try asking the owner of the wedding venue to explain their side of the story before writing them off completely.
Try coming up with a list of pros and cons of each wedding venue that you're considering. Doing so can help you whittle your list down to one or two choices. Remember to trust your gut throughout this process. If you've come down to two choices, and something about one of the venues rubbed you the wrong way, it's probably for a reason.
Once you've settled on a wedding venue, it's time to book! As most wedding venues will tell you, try booking your venue at least a year before your wedding is set to take place. Doing so will give you plenty of time to plan. If you need help preparing, don't be afraid to work with a professional wedding planner to make your life easier.
When it comes to tying the knot with your soon-to-be spouse, there's a lot on your plate to consider. Choosing the right wedding space can mean the difference between the wedding of your dreams and an experience you'd like to forget. With six fully-furnished cabins, 17 acres of natural beauty, an array of outdoor activities, a quarter mile of Toccoa River frontage, and much more, there's no better option than our wedding venue in Blue Ridge for couples in Miami, FL- Toccoa House Properties.

445 yards of offense and 36 points, and this wasn’t really a good offensive performance. FSU was playing to curtail the explosive passing plays, and they did. But, Miami took advantage of that by running the ball down their throats all day long. Cam Ward had his most pedestrian game as a Cane, and this game still wasn’t close. Miami knows they can play better than this, and they will.
There was A LOT to like, but still room for growth. FSU’s OL is putrid, but Miami wasn’t able to get the kind of pressure they should have. And, while FSU’s young QBs missed throw after open throw, there were receivers they could have hit, if they had the skill. Again, it was fine and good enough to beat this version of FSU — and it was a step forward from last week — but it’s not where things need to be, yet.
Borregales was perfect kicking. Joyce was good on his only punt attempt. Chris Johnson had some nice kick returns. But there was another penalty on kick return, and Ray Ray Joseph still hasn’t found a way to rekindle his punt return magic from high school. Good, but room for growth.
Look, this team was prepared, adapted when FSU decided to play drop coverage all day, and successfully navigated the challenge at hand. Game operations were solid. But penalties persist and at this point, either you coach it, or allow it.
That’s it for this installment of The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly. Hop in the comments and keep the conversation going.

The Seminoles (1-7, 1-6 ACC) are still struggling to figure things out in this lost season as things continue to go from bad to worse. The Hurricanes (8-0, 4-0) are dominating as they remain undefeated and could continue to soar in the AP Poll.
Let's take a deeper dive into the box score to discuss how this game went.

The team had tallied 14 total first downs in this game and went 11-of-32 passing for 3.6 yards per pass attempt. The Miami Hurricanes were able to do whatever they wanted offensively as they had 445 total yards of offense. In addition, the program was 8-of-14 on third downs and converted all three fourth-down tries. MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. – The Florida State football team fell to No. 6 Miami, 36-14, at Hard Rock Stadium on Saturday night in Miami Gardens, Florida.
FSU saw its three-game win streak against UM snapped, and Miami picked up its third win in the last 10 games in the in-state series. The Seminoles (1-7, 1-6 ACC) were playing their second top-15 opponent of the season and first on the road on Saturday night.
It was a one- or two-score game for the first 39 minutes before the Hurricanes (8-0, 4-0 ACC) went on a 19-0 run in the second half.
Florida State had 248 yards, 133 rushing and 115 passing, while Miami had 445 yards, 230 on the ground on 215 through the air.
Starting quarterback Brock Glenn was 5-for-18 for 54 yards with one touchdown. Making his second career appearance, quarterback Luke Kromenhoek was 6-for-14 for 61 yards passing, and he also ran for 71 yards on 11 attempts. His passing and rushing attempts and yards and passing completions all are career-best totals.
Wide receivers Ja'Khi Douglas and Malik Benson were two of eight Seminoles with at least one catch, as Douglas had a team-long reception of 29 yards and Benson paced the squad with three catches and scored his second career touchdown and first in 2024. Running back Caziah Holmes also found the endzone with a rushing touchdown. It is his seventh career score, the fifth on the ground, and his first of any kind in 2024.
Defensive backs Earl Little Jr. and Fentrell Cypress II and defensive tackle KJ Samson all had six tackles for FSU. Little Jr. led the team with four solo tackles. Defensive lineman Darrell Jackson had two of Florida State's four sacks on the night.
Miami scored a touchdown on the opening drive of the game, as a one-yard touchdown run nearly four minutes into regulation gave the Hurricanes a 7-0 lead. UM made it 14-0 less than a minute into the second quarter on an 18-yard rushing score.
The Seminoles answered on their next drive to make it 14-7 with 6:44 left in the first half. The 12 play, 78 yard drive was punctuated by Holmes' one-yard rushing touchdown. A 42-yard run by Kromenhoek on fourth-and-one at the FSU 45 kept the drive alive, and the freshman quarterback also had runs of 14 and 12 yards in the drive.
UM used the final six-plus minutes of the half to set up a 20-yard field goal attempt as time expired to take a 17-7 lead into halftime.
Florida State entered Hurricane territory on its first two drives of the second half. However, the visitors were unsuccessful on fourth down both times, and Miami answered with a pair of field goals to extend its lead to 23-7.
An incomplete pass on fourth-and-seven from UM's 45 early in the fourth quarter preceded a Hurricane drive that ended with a seven-yard touchdown pass to make it 29-7 with 4:32 remaining in the game.
After a 12-yard rushing score with 1:53 left, the Seminoles found the back of the endzone on a five-yard touchdown pass from Glenn to Benson with 18 seconds remaining. The 12 play, 75 yard drive took 1:33.
Up next, the Seminoles return home to face North Carolina on Saturday, November 2, at Doak Campbell Stadium. Kickoff is at 3:30 p.m. ET on the ACC Network.

Let’s get to the three stars of the game.
Miami’s signal caller had his worst statistical game of the season tonight. I don’t care. Cam had a great opening drive for a touchdown. He threw the ball away several times instead of trying to play hero ball. He made plays with his legs. He took a few sacks, as tough as it was. Cam Ward showed what kind of leader he was tonight. I loved it. He should still be the favorite to win the Heisman Trophy. He is the quarterback of an 8-0 team favored to win the ACC. I’ll take it.

The dynamic running back did his best work of the night on Miami’s first drive, capping it off with a 1-yard touchdown run. The touchdown was extra special because Fletcher lost his father this week. Thoughts and prayers are with the Fletcher family. Mark is an awesome kid and great football player. He finished tonight with 15 carries for 71 yards and the aforementioned touchdown.

Miami’s middle linebacker made his presence felt in a game where the the defense was just okay. He had a couple big pass break-ups and didn’t give up any big plays in the middle of the field. Side note: I hope Wesley Bissainthe is okay. I love the two of these guys as a linebacker combination.

Isaiah Horton - Miami’s big wide receiver had some big catches tonight. He led the Canes with 6 catches for 65 yards.
Damien Martinez - This dude just keeps on pounding and getting better. He led the Canes in rushing tonight with 15 carries for 148 yards and 2 touchdowns.
